Shortly after your order is approved, our system will automatically provide your access number, so you can begin using our service immediately. The information in the email is much like the back of a standard plan you can print it out, or note the information in a secure place.
Hours
Digitz online ordering and delivery system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Digitz Corporate offices are located in California and our standard hours of operation are 9 am – 6 pm PST.
Payment Information
Digitz accepts MasterCard and Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders are accepted only through the web. For your security Customer service agents do not have access to make purchases on your behalf.
Secure Ordering
All online transactions at Digitz are handled with highest industry-standard SSL encryption as we take the issue of security seriously. Every time you send us your credit card number and billing information, we have incorporated Microsoft SSL (security Socket Layer). This uses a 128-bit encryption code to ensure the highest level of security. We use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. Also, your credit card number is encrypted when your order is stored.
Ordering and Shipping
If you chose e-mail delivery and we have already verified your account and set you up for immediate delivery, your order will be sent automatically within minutes if not seconds. There is no shipping charge for e-mail delivery of orders.
If the order is not approved, you'll receive an e-mail explaining reason or requesting more information. If we receive your order after 8:00 pm PST and the order approval does not pass, we will process your order on the next business day. (if you send the requested information).
If you lost your PIN number, simply just log into your account at Digitz.com, and check order status to get your lost PIN number from your order history.
Digitz Unlimited Plan Disclaimers
Unlimited minutes apply to select geographical areas only. Unlimited minutes may not be applicable to Cellular destinations. Unlimited minutes are valid only for 30 days from your initial sign up date, and extend an additional 30 days until cancelled. Digitz Unlimited plan is intended for Cellular users with their own nationwide long distance plan only and Digitz is not responsible for local/cellular telephone charges incurred by the customer’s local/Cellular phone provider. All Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. This product cannot be used from Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island.
Digitz MAX Plan Disclaimers
All calls are billed in 4 minute increments. A $0.99 service fee applies 1 day after first use and weekly thereafter. This product does not expire. A payphone surcharge of $1.19 all calls originated from a payphone. An additional $0.01 per minute charge applies when dialing toll free access numbers. Digitz is not responsible for local/Cellular telephone charges incurred by the customer's local/Cellular phone provider. Calls to mobile phones may be billed at a higher rate. All Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Advertised and announced minutes are based on single call originating from the continental United States plus Hawaii. This product cannot be used from Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Island.
Digitz BLACK Plan Disclaimers

Network Services are provided by Digitz, Inc.
Network provider makes no express or implied warranty about the condition or fitness of the service offered for any particular use. Customer account or services may be suspended without notice if fraud or non-payment is suspected. Customer is responsible for safeguarding their account against loss or theft. Network service provider's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the value of this product. In no event will the provider be liable for punitive, special, indirect, reliance, incidental or consequential damages. The exclusive remedy for all disputes against the provider arising out of purchase or use of product, except for matters taken to small claims court, is arbitration by a single arbitrator under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA. Disputes against the provider will not be heard by a jury or in a court and may not be made part of a class action.
Return Policy
After the PIN number has been delivered to the customer via e-mail the Sale Is Final. There are no physical phone cards. If you have a problem with a card access number, experience quality problems or unable to use your service plan, call our toll free customer service number. Customer Service should be able to resolve any problems you may have. Be sure to have your PIN number available when calling customer service. If service provider customer service cannot resolve your problem, please e-mail us at support@digitz.com and we'll make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction!
Due to uncontrollable changes in the market cost, fluctuations in the currency and exchange rates, rates on Digitz are subject to change at any time. Our System will prompt you each time with the number of minutes you will receive at the time of your call. Digitz Web Admin will take every effort to update our rates with the most current rate deck.
1. All Rates are subject to change without notice, the system will prompt your actual minutes after you enter your destination for each call.
2. Rates to Land Line and Cellular phones have different rates. Please be advised that rates to Cellular phones may be higher.
3. Dialing Toll Free access number could reduce the number of advertised minutes. Please see plan details.
4. Calls from pay phones are subject to an additional charge of 99¢ per call.
5. Service Plans are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable.
6. Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly maintenance fee & taxes may apply. Please see plan details.
